Sylvia Garcia Delahaye is an assistant professor at the Geneva Graduate School of Social Work (HES SO), has a PhD in development studies, and is a community manager and social worker. For over ten years, she has been developing participatory research in the field of social work in Switzerland and abroad, which has contributed to the definition and implementation of public policies involving children and young people.

 

Caroline Dubath is a research associate at the Geneva Graduate School of Social Work (HES SO), where she has been working for the past year on various projects relating to participation and social work. Prior to this, she studied socio-economics at the University of Geneva and worked on the definition and measurement of well-being, notably through the capability approach.
